1- open the QuickBooks Reboot.bat file and run it.

  • Right-click the Reboot.bat file and then select Run as Administrator.
  • Then you’ll see Command Prompt Window, browsing through QB files.
  • Do not Exit the Command Prompt Window. It will terminate automatically once the reboot.bat file ends up with QB services.

2- try setting Internet Explorer as your default internet browser.

  • By opening Internet Explorer, click Tools on the top right side.
  • Then by selecting the Internet Options, go to the Programs tab.
  • Tap the Make Default Button and click Ok to save changes.

3- re-start the QBConnector.exe process.

  • Open Task Manager by pressing CTRL+ Shift+ ESC and look for QBConnector.exe under the Processes bar.
  • After that, right-click and click End Process.
  • Re-start QB and check if the error has ended.
