In a conversation with the Android Authority, Madhav revealed that the Real Me GT2 Series will be launched globally soon, with smartphones coming to the European markets. He has confirmed that the wide release includes India.
The company has also announced plans to expand its tablet portfolio in different price categories. Last year, Realme first tablet, the Realme Pad, launched at a starting price of Rs 15,000. The company may also see some new Real Me laptops this year, company news sources said.
The company recently released its second laptop, the Realme Book Enhanced, and announced that the company will launch a 12th-gen Intel CPU-powered device. It’s not clear whether the new laptop is a refreshed version of the original Real Me Book or a new device.
Realme Provides Reduced OS Time:
Real Me has been promising 2-year OS updates for its smartphones for some time. This is lower than brands such as Apple, Vivo, HMD Global-backed Nokia Mobile. This is because the time when these brands offer an OS update is much longer. However, Madhav Sheth said in a press release that the company has no plans to change it and will continue to get three years of security features for Real Mi phones.
